Hello experts and enthusiasts,
I am getting close to building a custom board based off of the SK-AM62A-LP board and would like to confirm that the MCU or anything isn't reliant on the OSPI Flash (i.e. for booting or running). I see that a U-boot centric layout is created by Device Tree but the mtdblocks are of type NAND in Linux (and believe that they aren't formatted with UBI or the like) so I can't tell that there is any data on it. It seems to just be an alternative boot and storage device but since I wish to leave it out of my design I would like to confirm that there is no need for it.
Thank you,
Steve T
