My customer asked the following question:
I’m having a little trouble figuring out if the TI AM3892 supports single-channel memory operation or not. The app notes show dual-channel operation on everything. I really don’t need the additional memory bandwidth and I don’t want to have to double the number of memory chips on my board design if I don’t have to. Do you know if I have to use both chip selects on that device, or if single-channel operation is possible?
