PROCESSOR-SDK-J784S4: Missing external-toolchain

I just downloaded the newest sdk https://www.ti.com/tool/download/PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-J784S4/09.00.01.02
and the external-toolchain-dir/ is empty. I ended up copying the directory from the older version 09_00_00_08

    Hi Emily,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I think the external-toolchain-dir is a new change we have in the 9.x SDK, so it might be that this fell through some gaps in our SDK testing. I also see that the external-toolchain-dir is empty for 9.0.1.2 release, and I have let the internal teams know about this issue.

    I assume you were able to find the toolchain from the older SDK, but let us know if you are facing other issues.
