Hello TI

Using 8-bit, single-rank DDR4 chips in pairs (2pcs) connected as illustrated in Figure 2-2 of the AM62x DDR Board Design and Layout Guideline (SPRAD06.pdf).

DDR configuration tool dev.ti.com/.../

In the DDR configuration tool, specifically in Config A) System Configuration, could you please provide the settings for the following:

(1) Data Bus Width (per device):?
(2) Density (per device) (Gb):?

Should these values be set for DDR4x1pcs or should I use the total DDR4x2pcs value?

    These should be set for each device, so bus width=8 and density should be the density of 1 8-bit device.  Once you get proper connection with the memory, check the full address range that is expected based on your device.
