TK,
The answer is "no". It does not have any internal temperature sensor.
But an external temperature sensor shall be interfaced through SPI.
Please refer datasheet of C6655 ---> page no: 47
5.7.9 SPI Peripheral
The serial peripheral interconnect (SPI) module provides an interface between the DSP and other SPIcompliant devices. The primary intent of this interface is to allow for connection to an SPI ROM for boot. The SPI module on the C665x is supported only in master mode. Additional chip-level components can also be included, such as temperature sensors or an I/O expander.
