Two C6670 communicate with each others through AIF2

Hi all!

I am doing a project using the C6670, and here is the problem. I am not familiar with the AIF2. If I want to connect two C6670, what should I do to handle the clock and synchronization? In my oppion, the two DSP can use their own SYSCLKs, and use the same source to drive their RADSYNCs, so are their PHYSYNCs. But I found some engineer said I should not only connect the RADSYNCs and PHYSYNCs together, but also drive their SYSCLKs with the same clock. Can anyone tell me which strategy is right? THX

    Odzy,

    Is there a particular reason you want to connect 2 C6670's together via AIF2 interface?  There are several interface on the device that are much more suited to device to device communication.  The AIF2 is primarily for Antenna Data over OBSAI or CPRI protocols.
