Dear Sir,
DM365 MPEG2 Encoder does not support B frame so a LD bit followed by a ESC in the Sequence Extension of Sequence Layer (MPEG2 packets) will be always set to "1".
But if you have anyway to dare to disable this bit, please let me know. The customer said, if this frag is not set, there is no problem to make DVD-Video.
