    Daniel,

    UniFlash is released under what is called a TSPA compatible (publicly available) license.  Our software products come with a manifest which will list the ECCN.  For UniFlash it will show "publicly available".  The UniFlash 8.4.0 manifest is attached.  3.4.1 would say the same.

    I can't recall ever being asked for an HTC before.  We will need to get back to you on that.
