Hi,

Can anyone let me know how to make the thermal analysis using heat sink & FAN for Am389x processor.

Is there any reference/application notes for the heat dessipation method? Also can you let me know what is the criteria to select the FAN?

    Hello,

    Refer to the app note SPRU811A for some general thermal design information.  The device EVM is one example of a thermal dissipation solution using a fan.

    We have a thermal model of the device available - contact your local TI rep for access.
