If I'm not using the LVDS/display features of this device, do I still need to connect VDDA_1P8_OLDI0 ?

Thank you for the query.

Please refer pin connectivity table in the data sheet that describes the connection requirements when not used.

The OLDI supplies are required to be connected irrespective of the OLDI interface usage.
