When Capture_ Encode_Display Example will be available?

Hi TI experts,

I noticed from following links that there would be a Capture_ Encode_Display Example released in the EZSDK.

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Category:OMX

Just wondering when will this example be available, cuz this example should be very helpful to our design.

Thanks,

  • As far as the "Decode_Display" which is what's mainly discussed there, it appears to be the the app that was posted and discussed in this thread. See the second post for the actual files.

  • Hi Stegre

Thanks for your quick reply very much. I noticed that thread, which is very helpful.

However, I am more interested in the Video_capture_Encode C code example.

  • I've been wondering about that too. Page 89 of OpenMaxUserGuide.pdf from SDK 5.0.1.80 shows a block diagram of a C code example that apparently does capture / encode / decode / display. I'm not sure if this is the block diagram for the C sample code simply named "decode" (<SDK>/omx_05_01_01_80/packages/ti/omx/demos/decode), or if either of those are the same as the "Video_capture_Encode C code example".

Perhaps someone from TI could clarify this.
