SK-AM68: k3_lpddr4_start: FAIL

Part Number: SK-AM68

Hello,

I'm trying to boot the SK-AM68 using the Edge AI Linux image v09.00.01.03 from the Downloads page. I am able to connect using minicom. However, the device does not boot. It displays the following boot log:

U-Boot SPL 2023.04-gbd74e615a6 (Sep 06 2023 - 10:09:25 +0000)
SYSFW ABI: 3.1 (firmware rev 0x0009 '9.0.6--v09.00.06 (Kool Koala)')
EEPROM not available at 0x50, trying to read at 0x51
k3_lpddr4_start: FAIL
### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###

The error persists after resetting the board.  How to fix this?

BTW: The board I got is red as opposed to blue, as shown in the online documentation. Does the color have any significance?

Best regards,

Martin
