Thank you for the answer. The software is Flotherm XT，and the supported detailed thermal model's format are ecxml and xtxml. (the example of TDA4VH‘s detailed thermal model is at below). I sent an E-mail to yong-zhang@ti.com, and he suggested me to raise a ticket at the https://e2e.ti.com/.J7AHP_package.zip
