AM62A7: Ways to reduce power consumption

Hi,

I was asked to create a new thread within the thread below, so I'll post it here as a news thread.

Do you have any advice or materials for designing with low consumption such as deep sleep? We plan to use the following peripherals.

・EMMC
・MIPI
・DSI
・I2C/SPI/UART

Hi Conor,

In Deepsleep mode, the main domain will be powered off, these modules will not be functional during Deepsleep.

Hi Conor,

I am not sure in which area of the design you are interested about low power mode? in software or hardware?

I don't think Deepsleep mode has been supported on the AM62Ax Processor SDK Linux yet.

Hi Bin,

When will AM62A deep sleep be supported? I'm interested in reducing the power consumption of the system as a whole, especially from a software perspective.

The current plan is enabling deepsleep support for AM62A in Processor SDK v9.1.
