i am joju mohan i am using win 7 os i want to use ccs 3 v but it is not working so wat can i do now to run 6416 dsk

Joju,

You can use CCS v4 in windows 7 environment which also supports DSK6416. YOu may need to follow the instructions mentioned here to get CCSv4 working correctly on windows 7.

I just found out that CCSv3 can also be used in the Windows 7 environment if you follow the instructions that are mentioned in the the link above.
