Actually this may be an issue with project imports in Resource Explorer. Can you try importing directly like mentioned in the thread below:

Gary - in your case, you don't have that specific compiler installed.

You can download from:

https://www.ti.com/tool/download/ARM-CGT/16.9.6.LTS

Then follow the steps below under "Compiler Discovery" to have CCS "discover" it:
