DRA829V: SDK RTOS+QNX Ethernet Packet missing

Hi Team,

We are working on a custom DRA829V board with DP interface using QNX+RTOS SDK (8.06). We are observing loss of packet when we initiate Ping from PC to QNX IP/RTOS IP addresses.

PC IP Address: 192.168.1.11

QNX IP Address: 192.168.1.99

RTOS IP Address: 192.168.1.200

We have disabled DHCP in EthFw and using static IP. The phy on the board is DP83822 with RGMII interface.

    Hi,

    Can you please check PHY delays are enabled or not? Please read PHY registers and confirm if any delays enabled or not?
    In default RTOS application (EthFw) Tx is enabled at MAC side and Rx is enabled at PHY side, Please confirm with your Hardware team any RGMII delays being added by PCB traces? If so, you have to disable delays at MAC and PHY as per PCB traces.
