Hi,
I have a question about AM3505's DDR2 I/F.
At AM3505 data sheet(page.137), it said:
"(2) Device count indicates number of dies. If a package contains 2 dies,
that is the maximum number of devices that can be connected."
Does this mean that I can connect only up to two DDR2 SDRAM(each contains 1 die) ?
In other words, does it mean that I'm not able to connect DDR2 of 1GB in total to AM3505
as far as the market does not have DDR2 of 1GB or 512MB?
I think there are no DDR2 larger than 256MB.
