Doubts in DM368 reference design

Hi all,

 

Thanks for all your help.

 

i am working on Appro reference design  DM368 ipnc.I have following doubts about that:

 

1.The GUI which is displayed,i want to modify the gui according to our customer requirements.

Please guide which files or specific folders i can study in order to do that.

 

2.There are some algorithms which we would like to add to improve image quality.How

can we integrate our own algorithms in the DM368 board.Please guide on the procedure to do that.

 

3.Also Appro has provided one Tuning tool which is nothing but MATLAB compiler,so is there any document

which tell us how we can integrate it with MATLAB and use that tool to improve image quality on DM368 reference board.

I will be very grateful to you for the answers to the above queries.

    COmments for your quereis

     

    1. To modify GUI, there is a GUI_SDK provided with the release, please read the details in that folder to get info on GUI development.

    You need to get Gstudio from GoDB website as mentioend in the guide. YOu can use 30day eval license and later buy the gstudio license at a very nominal fee as mentioned in the docs.

     

    2. There are algorithms like Video Stablization, Video noise filter, OSD etc added in the AVSERVER application, please use these as an example. Also, in the doc folder there is algorithm integration guide mentioned, please refer to this.

     

    3. Tuning tool folder will be installed once have the private package installed (ImageTunningTool-2.0-Setup.exe), this will have the docs and installer in it. By default it gets installed in C:\Program Files\ImageTunningTool folder
