I am not able to open link of setting RTSP server on Pc.

The RTSP server link which was hosted is open source currently removed at source,  this was not related to TI SDK.

You can check for the same in general public domain.

For setting up RTSP server, please do due diligence, as this is not SDK offering.

I have raised request to remove this from documentation to avoid any confusion.
