AM623: UART compatibility issue

Hi, TI

We use UART with RS-232 transceiver to communicate.

But there is compatibility issue.

When we set the Baud rate to 115200Kbs, one of our RS-232 cable can't work properly.

Can we use UART auto-Baud rate feature to fix this issue?

Do you have any guidance how to enable UART auto Baud rate?

Hi Austin.chen,

First, confirm whether your RS-232 transceiver supports that much speed or not.

For this, you can simply use lower baud rates, configure 9600 baudrate, and see if you are able to communicate through the RS 232 or not.

This way, we can confirm whether this issue belongs to the RS-232 transceiver or not.
