use of 1.8V planes and GND planes in DDR2 okay?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM1808

Hi,

in the Datasheet of AM1808 it is written that there have to be at least 2 ground planes and one 1.8V power plane. Also it's written that other signals in the DDR region have to be seperated by a ground plane.

Would it be okay to have 2 layers of striplines with a 1.8V power plane and a grond plane a reference each (-> two power and two ground planes in total)?

Could a 1.8V power plane also be used to seperate other signal from the DDR signals?

Should there be cuts i the ground / power planes to seperate the DDR plane region from the other ciruit?

Thanks,

Thomas.
