Why so few answers?

Hi,

 

I appears that in recent days, at least from last week till now, there has been very few questions answered in the DM64x forum so far. Is there still any TI employees helping on the forum right now, or there has been some work shift?

    We are still doing our best to answer forum questions at the earliest. If you are looking for any specific questions, please let me know.

    For all DM64x devices, you should be able to get answers in TI documentation or at forums. Please look at the documention and search forums before posting any questions.

    Thanks for responding.

    There are some evidences suggesting that question answering seems have decreased a level down:

    Considering all posts, on page 2 of recent posts on DaVinci forum, 14 out of 15 are unsolved. On page 3, 12 out of 15 are unsolved.

    For my own posts, GP[12] is IPU, not IPD: manual mistake? was posted on 8.13, but still haven't got answered so far. Some questions are old and I am still experimenting to get them solved, but I do find new posts are answered pretty slowly.

    I really found that there are much fewer questions answered in recent days, if not weeks. Has TI reduced the workforce on forum support to any extent?

    May I ask what is happening in the forum?

     

    In the past, at many times questions are responded in a few dozens of minutes. If I post them in the early morning, it might get a first answer in an hour's time or shorter.

     

    But now it takes one week without a single response for many questions, and happens on all questions rather than only my own.

     

    What change has happened here?
