AM5748: USB3.0 Loopback mode does not work

Part Number: AM5748

We are developing a USB Device (SuperSpeed) using AM574x.

I am having an issue where "TD.1.9 Receiver Jitter Tolerance Test at 5 GT/s (Type-C)" fails in the USB3.2 Gen1 Super Speed Compliance Test (Electrical Tests).

During the test, although the transition to Loopback mode was successful, the pattern returned from the DUT was different from the expected pattern.

Is there anything I need to do to make Loopback work?
Is it necessary to set the USB3_PHY_TX register or other registers? The USB3_PHY_RX register is set in the firmware.
