I have one question from customer.

They are planning to use 2ch Single Rank DRAM.

There are 2 Chip Selects, 1 Chip Select for 1 ch.

In this case, is it a correct setting to select “2” in “Chip Selects / Ranks”?

Can you send the part number or block diagram from the datasheet?  Your description is unclear.  You said it is a single rank design, but then you said it uses 2 chip selects.

If it is 2 ch, single rank, then you would choose Rank =1

If it is dual rank, single channel, then you would choose Rank=2
