And I got additional question for Q1.
Q1-2:
The customer referred to the document and generated *.dtsi file by Sysconfig.
But it is not clear how to use that *.dtsi file in Linux SDK to build SD card image.
He refers to below document.

The Linux SDK version is ti-processor-sdk-linux-am62xx-evm-09.00.00.03.
Could you tell me how to build SD card image with customized *.dtsi file?

Koichiro, check the README link in the DDR Register Configuration Tool as well.  This has a little info on what to do with the output files that are generated.  If it is still not clear, let me know, the info may be slightly outdated with respect to SDK 9.x

The DDR controller and PHY perform the necessary hardware leveling and training.  The uboot driver for DDR will take care of all of the sequencing necessary to accomplish this.  The README also has a list if the training operations that are performed.
