To better help debug, can you provide which speed mode you are using?

Our emmc require > 3ns holding time on 50Mhz. We tried to change the linux_sdk/board-support/u-boot-**/arch/arm/dts/k3-j721e-main.dtsi，and set the largest values. And it still could not meet the standard, and  mesure the ware ,it still less than 2ns.

For what purpose does the eMMC require 3ns? I see no max hold time in the eMMC datasheet from the part you provided.
