If you have the AM62A LP EVM  and IMX219 camera sensor, then you should be able to download the processor SDK and run Camera related usecases out of the box once you have the SD card boot.

You can make changes to a downloaded SDK and rebuild it according to this documentation.

Assuming you already have the driver (e.g. a driver from mainline Linux), you can follow the steps below to build it into the SDK:

• Add the sensor driver source code to drivers/media/i2c/<sensor_name>.c
• Add the sensor configuration to drivers/media/i2c/Kconfig, for example:
  

  config VIDEO_<SENSOR_NAME >
  	tristate "<sensor_name> support"
  	depends on VIDEO_DEV && I2C
  	depends on ACPI || COMPILE_TEST
  	select MEDIA_CONTROLLER
  	select VIDEO_V4L2_SUBDEV_API

• Enable the compilation of the sensor driver in drivers/media/i2c/Makefile:

• Enable the kernel module for the sensor driver in arch/arm64/configs/defconfig:
  

  CONFIG_VIDEO_<SENSOR_NAME>=m

• Rebuild and install the kernel and modules according to the documentation given above.

The tisdk-tiny-image is a very small rootfs image, only a few MegaBytes, intended to be used as initramfs for the use cases such as flashing system image. It does not include kernel files such as kernel image, dtb, or kernel modules. So I wouldn't recommend you to use this image and add ISP to it.

The customer's requirement is for reduced power consumption. If I use the tiny image, it will consume 0.33A. Therefore, I am considering adding a camera module along with ISP (Image Signal Processor) of TI plugins.

i am guessing that default image means tisdk-edgeai-build

1.why did not affect the current if i set the frequency to high/low in Dynamic frequency scaling not have any effect on the current?

2.want to reduce the power during run time?
