SK-AM69: Ubuntu 22 on SK-AM69

The SK-AM69 board support the Linux SDK posted here --> https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM69. The wic image found on https://www.ti.com/tool/download/PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM69 can be flashed to the SD Card . Thanks for the Information. I have got a basic questions as I'm new to SK-AM69 board. just to clarify, is SK-Am69 a single board computer? I know it form specifications but little confused with the documentation. One more is, can this board be used as a standalone ubuntub22 PC for robotics development? I know there are very beginner questions but I need a clarity with straight forward answer.
