how to burn dsp-side app to nand flash

Engineers, I want to burn my dsp-side app to nand flash on my ICETEC-OMAPL138-KB with emulator under ccs3.3.82. I know the AISgen tool is used to change .out file to .bin file, now how should I configure  it? Besides, should my .cmd be changed? thank you!
