AM625-Q1 is Automotive.

AM623x and AM625x do not have ASIL B

AM625-Q1 has ASIL B

Is my understanding correct?

Yes that is correct. Parts that are AEC-Q100 qualified are the ones that are targeted for safety certification of ASIL-B/SIL-2.

Does parts that are AEC-Q100 qualified comply with UNR155 and IS021434 encryption specifications?

Can UNR155 and IS021434 encryption be satisfied at the same time?
