TDA4AL-Q1: Stuck pad layer on TDA4AL

Hello TI.

I tried testing the pad layer in TDA4AL with a pre-built image (09.00.01.01).

On the host, it worked fine even in "flowctrl=0" mode. However, when running tidl on the board, c7x got stuck in the pad layer.
