Hi,
I replaced the DM6443 on my fully functional processor board with a DM6446 to get some speed improvement. We changed the 1.2V power rail to 1.3V. The board has a large-block NAND. The board no longer boots u-boot. The console displays "BOOTME" even though BTSEL0 is set to 0. The configuration pins are pulled up or down as follows:
DSP_BT = 0, EM_WIDH = 0, AEAW[0..4] = 1.8V, BTSEL0 = 0, BTSEL1 = 0
No other change was made to the hardware. The clock is 27 Mhz. I also tried a second working DM6443-based board. Even re-flashed it but still get "BOOTME BOOTME" if the processor was switched to DM6446. Any ideas?
