We are am waiting for the confirmation from the DSS driver expert, But it mostly related to the serdes configuration and is need for only the J721E (TDA4VM).
The same serdes configuration can be found in the <PDK_path>/packages/drv/dss/examples/dss_display_test/dss_display_dsi_cfg.c file.

The response from our expert is that these I2C lave addresses are related to the UB941 The only details we have is this.

0x16: Address of ub941
0x11: Aliased address of remote deserializer, ub924
0x12: Aliased address of remote sensor device
0x27: IO Expander on the board.
