Which TI chip can we use?

Hello everyone, we are creating some equipment in the 3G and 12G line.

This equipment needs to enter a color reference equal to REC 601, REC 701. I also need to have DCI - SMPTE up to 4k (4K p59.94 DCI) SDI Compliance SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 269M, SMPTE 372M, SMPTE ST-2081, ITU-R BT.656 and ITU‑R BT.601.

We need to use 3D LUT ON OUR EQUIPMENT WITH FRAME Synchronizing and other requirements aimed at video monitoring.

Which Texas chip can we use?

I accessed the link you sent and realized that there is a range of processors that could be working for me.
I noticed that some of them have native video features in the hardware and based on this observation I want to ask you the following question: can all the specifications I mentioned in the initial message be done through software in the embedded operating system?

I think the standards you mentioned in the initial message includes specifications for color gamut, color space, interface, etc. If you provided detailed description on your requirements, it would be easier for our experts to answer to your questions.
