AM623: k3-j72xx-soc-thermal: probe failed with error -22

Hi, 
I'm encountering an issue with the VTM node addition in the AM62x platform despite applying the provided TI patch.

I've followed the steps outlined in the TI patch https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel/commit/?h=ti-linux-6.6.y-cicd&id=bbb6dc62505acf6fcb80573f7e7a59875c33be0d to add the VTM node. However, during system boot, I'm encountering the following error messages:
