AM6442: OSPI IBIS Models

Part Number: AM6442

I'm working with a customer that is trying to perform simulation for the OSPI bus in order to verify their board layout. They are actually connecting the OSPI to an FPGA rather than off-the-shelf FLASH or PSRAM, so a bit of a non-traditional use case.

They are only seeing one IBIS model option for a 1.8V driver and are wondering:

Is the "PHY" mode on the SoC using a different driver than the "Tap" mode, or are the differences between the two modes separate from the output drivers?

Thanks,

Stuart
