Connect to c6678evm error

I am getting a IcePick_D: Error connecting to the target: Cannot acess register at 0x00000000 (Error -2131) @ 0 (0x0) when i try to connect to the target using code composer.

I am using TI XDS100v1 USB for debugging. Is there something wrong with the device?

I do have the TI XDS100 Channels A and B in the device manager

    Joseph,

    Can you verify that the DIP switches on your EVM are configured for No boot, and then power cycle the board and retry the connect.  If that doesn't work, please reply again.
