The TI Processors Wiki pages on SitaraWare mention an e-mail address for further information or reporting problems: sitaraware_support@list.ti.com

But when I send e-mails to it, they are rejected with the message:

The message you sent to the mailing list sitaraware_support,
with the subject line:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

was not sent to the list subscribers because you do not have
permission to send messages to this mailing list.
...

If you want to request permission to send messages to the named
list, please contact the list owner.

1. Who is the list owner?

2. May I have permission to send messages to the list?

I just encountered the same issue. Luckily I was just trying to make TI aware of a simple mistake. So does TI have a recommended course of action if you have an actual support issue with the SitaraWare?

Once upon a time, TI Employee Frank Walzer told me to make the SitaraWare team aware of bugs by posting to the mailing list. I suppose this is before I discovered that I couldn't do that:
