SOC's Part no Identification via command line

I had a question regarding SOC part no identification. Is there any command available to determine whether the SOC is AM3352  or AM3354?

    There is a register called "DEV_FEATURE"  (TRM section 9.3.1.16), which will provides this information.  The register value for each device variant is listed at the bottom of the device comparison table in the device datasheet.
