AM62A7-Q1: Thermal simulation mode Jc and Jb is different with datasheet.

Hi Expert，

Customer thermal simulation engineer feedback that there is some difference about the Jc and Jb. In the thermal model the Jc =1.36, Jb = 1.7, but in datasheet, Jc=0.77, Jb=3.1. can you help clarify this to customer?

I ask our thermal expert to answer your question. I inserted his reply below.

They are not the same. The datasheet values were evaluated per JEDEC standards. Thermal resistance values in the thermal model are tuned to provide accurate results as compared to the actual detailed model which we only release to customers under NDA.
