Our customer is checking the VMON trip point based on the DM show below. According to this chapter, we know we need the divided resistor precision, leakage current range and reference voltage 0.45V variation to calculate the actual trip point of VMON. The example is using the VMON_ER_VSYS which have external divider. Our customer would like to know for other VMON interfaces like VMON2_IR_VCPU that has internal divider, what is the divided resistor precision and leakage current range? I assume the variation of 0.45V is still 3%.
