Could you provide more information on how to buffer the DAC outputs of the DM8168?

What I would like to do is buffer the 8168 DAC outputs before driving a cable. I don’t want to connect the 8168 directly to the outside world.

Hi Tom,

We already have a video buffer connected to DAC output. This is THS7360. It provides different filter for SD/ED/HD resolutions. It also has integrated video buffer. Are you talking about this kind of buffer?

The dm816X DAC output must use it (Video amp THS73xx)?

the dm816x can not direct output to outside ?

Yes,

THS73x are filters for doing filtering according to input signals like 1080P60, 720P60 etc.

I believe yes. THS7360 is video amplified for SD and video lpf for SD/HD/ED displays.
