I'm having a problem building the TIDLRT runtime environment in SDK 8.6 。
when I use the command： make TARGET_PLATFORM=PC，can generate PC_dsp_test_dl_algo.out program,
but when I use the command: make ,can't generate TI_DEVICE_dsp_test_dl_algo.out program.I only see a package called j7-c71_0-fw being generated.
