I tried both steps, but it seems there is no difference, I cannot use the JTAG LOCK and UNLOCK feature.

Please try troubleshooting steps 9.4.1 to 9.4.3:

You can try the first and if that does not resolve the issue, try the next, etc.

I followed the steps  9.4.1 to 9.4.3, but without success. I cannot find the Tools-On chip Flash menu in CCS.

I tried on another laptop and changed CCS11.0.0 to CCS12.0.0 and still could not find this menu.

Now I am in ’CCS Debug‘ perspective, I cannot find JTAGLOCK and JTAGPSWD.

The chip  I used is TMS320F28379D, I just find the CSMPSWD that can edit password.

Does this chip support using JTAGLOCK Feature or not?
