How to program the 5505 USB stick FLASH with an application?

I'm new to the ezDSP 5505 platform. Just finished watching the introductory videos, which were great.

I followed every step of the "create a new project" video and it worked perfectly. Apparently the "load program" command run from CCS debugger loads the application into RAM. So, after the debug session is over, the code is lost.

How can a new application be loaded into FLASH, so that it runs on the stick when it's powered but not connected to CCS?

If this is complicated, it could be a good topic for a 3rd video.

Update: I found a C5505 EZDSP Programming Tool @ http://code.google.com/p/c5505-ezdsp

Here are the instructions that come with it:

[How to use the programming tool]
1) Load the flashing program to the Target and run
2) The programmer_USBKey.out will wait for user to input the boot image path name
3) Write full file path in the console (not blank is allowed in folder name)
example: C:\projects\C5505_USBKey_LED_Demo_CSL_1.0_CCS4.0_Full\BootImageTool\USBKey_LED.bin
4) Press Enter
5) The boot image is being flashed into EEPROM
6) Once it is done, ¡°Programming Complete¡± will be displayed

I get step 1 and 3-6. I don't get step 2.

Has anybody used this successfully?
