Hi,

I am trying to understand how No Boot mode works when connecting to CCStudio using a JTAG connection. When the SoC is in the No Boot configuration, and is powered on, is there ROM code that is executing to allow a JTAG interface?

    JTAG interface operation is independent of ROM, so you can connect JTAG in no boot config on a general purpose device.  No Boot configuration will essentially fall into a NOP loop and not attempt to boot from any boot source.
