Hi Charles,

Yes indeed. That was my starting point in trying to acquire this software. This opened case CS2119731 with the software export control request. This was closed for "needing technical assistance" and transferred to case CS2152659  with "Request need e2e support". That case got me a customer support rep that said "Given the nature of your request, we recommend you create a new inquiry to our engineering application specialists through TI's E2E (engineer to engineer) forum.". Now I am here...

If you can provide any guidance it would be greatly appreciated.

  I don't have access to the PUREPATHSTUDIO either and can't grant the access. I will forward your post to our Audio team for assistance. I suppose when you submit the request, you should have received a return email confirming the request. Please have that ready when our Audio team asks for it.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for trying. I have also seen claims on here that the part is NRND; however I cannot find that supporting information from the manufacturer. Do you have the means to confirm the part status with production? It seems odd that the page to request the software is still available and the parts are still being sold although the software is dead? Any chance it just requires an older OS to run the software?
