I am currently working with the AM62B-P1 board and am in need of the Device Tree Source (DTS) file.

where I can obtain the DTS file?

- The u-boot device tree files are under, i.e. k3-am625-r5-sk.dts, k3-am625-sk.dts...

- The kernel device tree files

k3-am625-r5-sk.dts, k3-am625-sk.dts... are for AM62B-P1

That are for SK-AM62X , am62b-p1 consists of two io expandee and pmic is used.

Let me add clarifications.
These device tree files are the ones which're currently available and used in SDK 9.1 for AM62B-P1.
There might be cases where specific SoC/EVM peripheral node is not yet readily available, i.e. IOexpander2, PMIC nodes...as in your case.
