SK-AM64B: Ethernet/IP communication implementation

SK-AM64B does not support using ICSSG for EtherNet/IP adapter (the 2 Ethernet PHY's are not connected to an ICSSG). You need to use https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDS64EVM .

There is a separate example of using rpmsg to communicate between the R5 and Linux https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM64X/latest/exports/docs/linux/Foundational_Components_IPC64x.html#software-dependencies-to-get-started . We do not currently (SDK versions 9.1) have an example of the combination of an industrial Ethernet protocol and rpmsg, but this is something we are working on

No. ICSSG is a monolithic peripheral, it is owned by one driver, either one R5 freeRTOS instance or SMP Linux. And the IP stack using that driver is a single instance, either lwIP or Linux stack. You can run a web server in the R5 freeRTOS. Or you can for example write a proxy in R5 where for example HTTP port numbered traffic (after TCP on lwIP) is sent over rpmsg to Linux and then to the web server.

We are working on some examples in this area of reusing the Ethernet or IP level connectivity of a stack on R5 to present Linux with networking.
